alara, ai agent platform
- Led the development of Alara OS from scratch as product owner and technical team lead, overseeing a team of engineers while building its frontend myself.
- Before Alara OS, was the main frontend developer for three earlier versions of Alara: the first console (2024), the v2 agent builder (2024–26) and a complete V3 rebuild (2025–26).
- Built drag-and-drop builders for designing AI agents and multi-step workflows without code.
- Built The Hive, Alara’s AI chat, where answers stream in live with visible reasoning and research progress, plus file attachments and voice dictation.
- Delivered subscriptions and billing, customers using their own AI model keys, connections to outside tools (MCP), public agents, and knowledge bases shared by team or department.
- Set up role-based permissions, a design system with 22 color themes, cloud and on-premise deployment options, and automated releases.
- Built chat widgets that businesses embed on their own websites, with hand-off from the AI bot to a human agent.

- Digital Eye: AI cameras that count factory output for tax oversight. Built the on-site dashboard for managing cameras, AI models and counting zones with live video, and set up and led the central analytics dashboard.
- FBR AI Assistant: a public chatbot that answers taxpayers’ questions and shows the official documents behind each answer, released over 9 versions.
- Built the Digital Eye registration site for textile mills and, in two days, a command-center prototype mapping 102 factories.

- Alara Docs: a documentation website with 770 pages across 13 services, instant search and PDF export.
- Alara Wiki: built the frontend of a Notion-style wiki in six days.
- Alara Space: an Excalidraw-style whiteboard where an AI assistant draws diagrams on request.
- Alara Build: a desktop code editor (IDE) for Alara OS.
leadership
- Reviewed and merged 100+ pull requests from teammates and set the team’s engineering standards: conventions, git workflow, release notes and documentation.
- Introduced AI-assisted development with Claude Code, including wai-stacks, an internal catalog of 30 reusable AI skills.
